Peacefully after a brief illness at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday July 2, 2014 in her 80th year. Loving mother of Jim (Marla), Julie (Brian) McLaughlin, Chris (Marilyn), Sherry McKinnon (Mark) and Patrick (Laura). Survived by Vince McKinnon and dear grandmother to Jacquie, Kaleigh, Pat, Nolan, P.J. Kirsten, Kirstyn, Emily, Elliott, Joel and great grandmother to Caleb. She will now be with her beloved grandson Jake McKinnon. Sister of Jack (Marilyn) and Harry Kearns.
The family will receive friends at the “THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL” 96 West Street on Sunday July 6th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, 133 Murray Street on Monday July 7th 2014 at 10:30 am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the S.P.C.A would be appreciated.
