Mari, I am so sorry for your loss. The poem you posted for your mother was very beautiful. She is in Heaven now with God and continues to love you with Him.

MADRE AUSENTE 
Como una hada dormida, estaba aquel día,
 y una mañana trágica la tierra abandonó.
 Yo no estaba preparada, no entendía,
 como una flor marchita su frente doblegó.

 A su nueva morada se iba en un momento,
 entre llanto y tristezas, llegó su despedida.
 Le dimos un beso a su cuerpo sin aliento,
 estaba muy quieta, parecía que dormía.

 De noche los recuerdos pasaron por mi mente,
 recordé en un momento casi toda mi vida.
 Lágrimas y risas que pase en su compañía,
 sus consejos, su dedicación y alegría.

Mari - I know how close you are to your sweet mother and know that this is a great loss for you and for all of your family. Beautiful memories will live with you. Please know that our prayers continue for you.

Somewhere in my heart beneath all my grief and pain,
 Is a smile I still wear at the sound of your dear name.
 The precious word is MOTHER', she was my world you see,
 But now my heart is breaking cause she's no longer here with me.
 God chose her for His angel to watch me from above,
 To guide me and advise me and know that I'm still loved.
 The day she had to leave me when her life on earth was through,
 God had better plans for her, for this, I surely knew.
