Annemarie Rygh

Annemarie was born to Johann and Marie Kasamas. She and her sister, Marianne Farrah, were raised in Linz, Austria. She met her future husband in Landstuhl, Germany while he was in the Army.

On August 6th 1965, she married Darwin Rygh in Ramstein, Germany. They moved to the US permanently in 1980. She was a computer specialist until retirement. They were blessed to be married for 59 years. Annemarie enjoyed playing bingo, knitting, gardening and going to the movies. One of her greatest joys was being an Oma. She loved her grandkids fiercely and was so proud of them.

Annemarie is survived by her loving husband, Darwin. Son Darwin Rygh, Jr. and wife Cathy. Son Tim Rygh and wife Dian and her sister, Marianne. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren whom she doted on endlessly. Haley, Elijah, Connor, Rylie and Zachary Rygh.

There will be a viewing at 11 am on September 18, 2024, followed by a funeral service at 12 at Miller-Woodlawn at 5505 Kitsap Way in Bremerton, WA.
