He is survived by his wife of 58 yrs Joyce Mitchell and his children: Charles L Mitchell Jr (Hanah), Theresa L Mitchell, James W Mitchell (Amanda), Roxanne R Mitchell and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son David H Mitchell.
Charles served in the United States Army stationed in Germany. He retired from PSNS as a nuclear pipefitter after 27 years.
