Clarence Grande Osquisa passed away on December 29th, 2025, at the age of 54. He had been dealing with recent health issues and passed at the hospital post-surgery due to enduring complications, in Tacoma, Washington. Family and loved ones were there every step of the way praying for his recovery, but he is now resting peacefully in heaven.
Born and raised in Bremerton, Washington, he’s always been close to family and made many friends along the way. Known for his gentle, kind demeanor, caring for others was something that came natural to him. Family was always put first and his dedication and love were given unconditionally. His humor was unmatched and left so many smiles on other’s faces. His jokes and memories will continue to be held dearly. He was a light in many people’s lives. As a hard-working man who respected everyone he met, he valued the company he worked for and all his coworkers.
The Seahawks, Mariners, and basketball were one of his many interests he was incredibly passionate about. Whether it was football or baseball season, he missed little to no games when it came to the Seahawks and Mariners. Not to mention his incredible collection of shoes – he never left the house without a nice pair to match his outfit. When relaxing at home, a good movie or TV show was one of his favorite past times to spend with family. He also enjoyed travelling to places like Las Vegas and going out to eat. At home, he had an unbreakable bond with his beloved cat, Kina.
He was a man of faith with deep devotion to his religion and would pray any moment he could. His beliefs and upbringing have guided him through life and now allow him to lay in eternal rest as his soul rests in peace.
Clarence is survived by his spouse, Nelia Mejia; children, Josephine Strother and George Osquisa, as well as his granddaughter Lila Strother, and extended family. He is preceded in death by his father, Gregorio Osquisa, and mother, Rosalina Osquisa.
