

Cynthia Irene Baker, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2022 at the age of 85. She was born on June 28, 1936 in the town of New London, Connecticut.

Cynthia was a very creative person. Her passions for cake decorating lead her to baking many birthday and wedding cakes for her family and friends. Her love of cake decorating even landed her a long rewarding career at Safeway in Bremerton as a lead decorator.
She also had a passion for animals. As a dog and cat lover Cindy loved having animals around. She bred miniature poodles for several years actually winning a champion ribbon for her purebred.
After retirement she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She loved the holidays and spending time with her family. Cynthia was very active in her community; supporting Bremerton High School Theater productions, the Bremerton Arts and Community theatres, volunteering countless hours designing and making stage costumes as well as stage props for these events. She also volunteered at Kitsap Mental Health and was voted “Volunteer of the Year” in 2000.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her husband Frederick Allen Baker Jr, brother Dante J. Zuliani II, and grandson Frederick Andrew Baker. She is survived by her three children; Charlotte Baker of Bremerton, Cynthia Allman ( Ronald ) of Silverdale and Frederick Allen Baker III (Rena ) of Bremerton, two grandchildren; Anthony Baker (Kajal) of Los Angeles, CA, and Kendal Allman-Bailey (Jeremy) of Gig Harbor, as well as four great grandchildren. She also leaves behind two brothers; Robert Zuliani and Victor Zuliani along with several nephews and a niece, all of whom are feeling her loss very much.
