

Cynthia was born to Margaret E. Steiner and Bruce Richards on October 20, 1952 in Sacramento, California. She graduated from Las Plumas High School in Oroville, California in June of 1970.
Cynthia received an Associates Degree in Industrial Trades from Olympic College and was a welder at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard from 1989 to 2006. She had also worked as a bank teller and as a Sales Associate for Starkist Tuna, where she had her picture taken with Morris the Cat.
Cynthia enjoyed cooking, traveling and bingo. She had also been a member in a local bowling league.
Some of Cynthia’s favorite authors were Agatha Christie, Michael Connelly, and Janet Evonovich.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her sisters, Brenda Penelope (Penny) Bryde and Sandra Patience Ames, and her beloved son Anthony Ray Rigsby. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Jill LeValley, her son-in-law, David Wesley LeValley, and her grandchildren, Ariana Jill LeValley and Derrick Anthony LeValley.
Cynthia will always be remembered for caring for people and for loving her family.
