It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden loss of our beloved mother Dianne Henderson. She passed unexpectedly inside her home Thursday morning February 20th, 2025. Her warmth, affection, and love of people touched the lives of many, leaving a permanent mark on all who were fortunate to know her. She was a cherished soul and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Dianne was born on December 1st, 1943 in Bremerton Washington, where she was raised and spent the last 45 years of her life. She was known for her kindness, constant happiness and infectious love for her family. This Angel was a mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt and a dear friend to many. She is survived by her daughter Tiffany Timar, son Darren Henderson, granddaughters Sierra and Emma, and brother Mark Mercer (and his wonderful family) who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Dianne dedicated her later years to her children, grandchildren and grand dog Bella. She had a deep love for Egyptian history since she was 12 years old which is reflected all throughout her home. She was also a die-hard Washington Husky football fan and enjoyed texting with her son Darren during the games to express her joy or sorrow, depending on the score. Dianne’s neighbors admired the beautiful rose bushes and vegetable garden she maintained with such pride and joy. Her backyard patio was an oasis for summer evening barbeques overlooking a beautiful Koi Pond with waterfall accents.
A service will be held on Friday February 28th, 2pm at Miller Woodlawn Funeral Home in Bremerton. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life and share memories of the joy she brought to others.
Dianne’s legacy of love, peaceful nature and constant smile will live on in the hearts of those she touched. May she rest in peace.
