Eva Maxine White

Eva graduated from South Bend High School in 1940. On Aug 14, 1953, she married the love of her life, James H. White, and they made their home in Bremerton for nearly 59 years.

Eva was a Missionette Leader at Camp Union Assembly and Olympic View Assembly in Silverdale for many years. She attended New Life Assembly in Bremerton for the past 8 years. She also enjoyed traveling, shopping, and her flowers. Most of all, she loved her husband, Jim.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Lou James Messenger; and all 4 of her brothers—Lyle, Norman, Percy and Jim Aaron. Her memory lives on with her husband, and her “daughter” and friend, Ida Mae Cooper.

Eva will be laid to rest at Miller-Woodlawn Memorial park at 3pm on Wed, Jul 18th. A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Sat, Jul 28 at New Life Assembly Church of Bremerton located at 13th and Ironsides.
