Frances Earlene Fender, a resident of Union, Washington, passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 88. She was born on May 29, 1937, in Pottsboro, Texas.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Robin Fender; her son, Craig Fender; her grandsons, TJ Fender and Scott Fender; and her great-grandchildren, Francheska Kay, Rayden Paul, and Kash Lee Fender, along with several nieces and nephews.
