

Frank L. Gabrielli, 85 formally of Apollo, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at home with his family in Bremerton, Washington. Born on May 8, 1929 in Brownstown, PA, he was a son of the late Alceste A. and Mary Ann (Uvena) Gabrielli. He lived in Pennsylvania until the family moved to Bremerton, Washington in 1974 where he was employed at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Shop 56 Pipe Fitters. A Korean War Veteran, he served in the U.S. Army. He was an honorary member of the East Vandergrift Pennsylvania Volunteer Fire Dept. and a member of the Slovak Club. In Washington, he was a member of The American Legion, Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church where he was an usher, and a member of the Knights of Columbus for 49 years.
He enjoyed gardening, fishing, bowling, softball, bingo and spending time with family.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his older brother Dominic, younger brother Richard and sister Rose. Survivors include his wife, Anna J (Stefnik) Gabrielli of Bremerton. 3 daughters, Marian (Gabrielli) Lujan and Al, Carol Gabrielli, and Judith M (Gabrielli) Stout all of Bremerton, 6 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews in Pennsylvania and Washington.
Funeral services will be held at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Jack Buckalew, 4215 Pine Rd. NE, Bremerton, WA on Monday, May 4, 2015. Viewing and Rosary will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with funeral services at 11 AM.
