Edith was my Great Aunt and one of the very sweetest people I have ever known! My childhood was enriched by the memories of summer adventures visiting Aunt Edith and Uncle Billy with my cousins. Hours of make believe and climbing trees were spent in the light of her warmth and caring smile. As a small child one of my greatest friends was her dog Mandy who clung to Aunt Edith with love and guardianship much the way Teddy did in later years to come.
I will always be grateful to her for her encouragement of my artistic abilities and have yet to find a fruit salad that tastes half as good as the one she makes :) Aunt Edith, I'll always love you and will treasure your memory as long as I live!

What a joy it was to have her as part of our gatherings....she was a wonderful person and very loving towards others.....Rest in Peace Edith...you will be missed....Love, Kristan Stenman
