He married Margaret Green on July 2nd 1953, and they recently celebrated 59 years of marriage. He served in the Air Force for five years before working for Westinghouse for 34 years, spending most of this time at KeyPort. His passion for his family and his grandchildren was his greatest joy.
Hilton is survived by his five children; Richard Tift of Bremerton, Greg Tift of Mill Creek, Dana Forhan of Bremerton, David Tift of Stanwood and Dan Tift of Maple Valley. Fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren as well.
Services will be held Thursday, August 9th at Holy Trinity Catholic Church at 11am. Rosary at 10:30am. Friend and Family Gathering to follow.
