home in Bremerton, Washington.
Born on May 10, 1983, Jennifer was the oldest daughter of Kathy Hood. She was a devoted mother, loving daughter, cherished sister, and treasured friend whose kindness, strength, and love touched everyone who knew her.
Jennifer's greatest accomplishment and deepest joy in life was being a mother to her beloved children, Savannah, age 3, and Kamden, age 2. She embraced motherhood with her whole heart, dedicating herself to raising and loving her children every day. As a stay-at-home mom, she took great pride in caring for her family and creating a home filled with love, comfort, and happiness for her babies, whom she loved more than life itself. Being a mom was a dream of hers but unfortunately we never thought she would see that day till little Savvy blessed us with her presence.
Jennifer was blessed with many close friends who became like family throughout her life. Her loyalty, humor, and caring heart drew people to her, and she cherished the friendships she built over the years, which she kept her whole life. Jennifer was known for her strong-willed spitfire attitude, and was never afraid to speak her mind. She faced life head-on, loved fiercely, and brought energy and laughter wherever she went. Those who knew her will forever remember her vibrant spirit, her strength, and the way she could light up a room with her presence, and she would make sure she had the last word even if she knew she was wrong.
Jennifer also shared a special bond with her goddaughters, Kailey, Kayleona, and Jeweliana, whom she loved dearly. The bond she had with them was without words and even when 2 of the girls moved, she never loved any of them less than like her own.
Jennifer carried the memory of her beloved best friend, Emily, who
passed away in October 2018, close to her heart. Their friendship was one of loyalty, laughter, and unconditional love that remained with Jennifer throughout her life.
She was also blessed to experience a rare and profound love with
Darren, a friendship and love that comes along only once in a lifetime. The bond they shared brought her happiness, companionship, and treasured memories that will always be remembered.
Jennifer is survived by her loving Grandmother Betty, her mother, Kathy, her children, Savannah and Kamden, her sisters, Leila, and Kristin with her soon to be brother in law, Kaye, a few aunts and uncles, several cousins, many other family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her Grandfather, Howard, her beloved best friend, Emily, and her Uncle Jim. Though she deeply felt the loss of each of them, their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life. Jennifer will be remembered for her loving spirit, her devotion to her family, her generous heart, her spitfire personality, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Her laughter, compassion, strength, and fierce dedication to her children will never be forgotten.
A memorial service celebrating Jennifer's life will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at New Life Training Center in Silverdale, Washington. In honor of Jennifer and the vibrant love she brought into the world, family and friends are encouraged to wear red.
Though our hearts are broken by her loss, we find comfort in the love she shared, the faith she embraced, and the beautiful memories she leaves behind.
Jennifer's legacy lives on through her children, her family, and all who were fortunate enough to know and love her. Forever loved, Forever missed.
Her wings were ready, but our hearts were not
