Laurie Ann Morales-Crow, 66, passed away on June 21, 2026, in Silverdale, Washington, leaving behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, and love.
Born in Westminster, California, Laurie lived life on her own terms and found joy in the things that mattered most—family, friends, faith, and good conversation. She was a proud mother to three daughters and one son, a devoted grandmother to fourteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
She loved sitting outside, smoking and chatting with friends for hours, sharing stories, laughs, and advice. She enjoyed trips to the casino, looked forward to a cold Coke Icee, and had a special weakness for chocolate marshmallow eggs and biscuits and gravy.
Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she had a remarkable gift for connecting with children. Laurie was the kind of person who showed up when someone needed help, offered a listening ear, and made people feel cared for and accepted.
In recent weeks Laurie gave her life to the Lord and became a born-again Christian. She found comfort and happiness in her faith and loved listening to Saturday church services. Looking ahead, she hoped to become an advocate for those facing cancer and other health challenges, encouraging others through her own experiences.
Laurie will be remembered for her big heart, her resilience, her sense of humor, and the love she shared so freely. While her family and friends will miss her deeply, they take comfort in knowing that her faith was strong and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
Funeral services will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Cypress, California.
