Patricia "Pat" M. Beals Patricia M. Beals died peacefully Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010. She is survived by her children Stracey (Jacqueline), Patricia Ann Scheidler (Don), Russell (Sharon), Thomas (Donna); sisters Mary Joanne Buck, Georgianna Holcomb, Grace Beaudoin, and Irene Kremin and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and extended family members and friends. She was predeceased by Russell, her husband of 70 years. Patricia was born in Minneapolis, Minn. on February 16, 1914 and lived most of her life in Puyallup and Tacoma. She worked as a nurse in local hospitals for over 40 years, a vocation she loved. Most importantly, she was a woman of great strength and conviction in her faith as a Catholic and was an active member, along with her husband, of Visitation and Holy Cross parishes for over 55 years. She was also an active member of Saint Martin's Oblates. She will be greatly missed by many, but we are happy she has joined her husband to be with the Lord in Heaven. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church on Saturday, Oct. 23rd at 10:00 AM with burial following at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home in Bremerton.
