

Phyllis was born December 30, 1932 at home in South Keyport and was the youngest of Joseph and Randena Ekstedt’s children. Her siblings who preceded her in death are Oscar Ekstedt (Marge), Edith (Ekstedt) Melton (James), and Muriel (Ekstedt) Fox (John). She is survived by her brother Joe Ekstedt (Joann) of Poulsbo.
Phyllis graduated from North Kitsap High School and was a member of her school band and orchestra.
She married Donald Charles Webster in 1952 and they settled in Lemolo.
Phyllis was a lifetime member of Keyport Bible Church where she was actively involved in Youth Group, Sunday School, Choir, Women’s group, Bible study, and her dream job, secretary at her Church.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Webster. She is survived by her children, son David Webster (Beverly) of Seabeck, grandson Andy Webster (Sara) great-granddaughters Addie and Ella, grandson Luke Webster (Chrystine), grandson Blake Webster (Stephanie) great-granddaughter Talya, preceded in death by her grandson, Shane Webster, daughter Kathy McClung (Darren) of San Pedro, CA, grandson Leonard McClung and granddaughter Heather McClung, and son Ron Webster of Poulsbo, granddaughter Erica McCartney (Mark) great-grandson Logan, grandson Brennan Webster (Christina) great-grandsons Liam Webster, Austin Halverson, Elijah Wiktorek, Chase Wiktorek, and great-granddaughter Loralei Webster.
Phyllis got to realize a childhood dream by travelling to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and regular trips to Hawaii following retirement.
Phyllis radiated an inner faith and strength that impacted so many lives – especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
A limited, private viewing will be held at this time. A Memorial Service Celebration of Life is planned for early summer at Keyport Bible Church.
