After graduating from North Kitsap High School, he served honorably in the U.S. Army.
Randell continued to contribute to his community through his work at Bangor in the housing and transportation service sectors, where he was employed by multiple companies over the years.
His passion for all things automotive and his love for the Oakland Raiders were well-known. He could often be found tinkering on a classic car or two, painting houses in the summer, hitting the slots at a tribal casino, cheering on the Storm with his daughter, or helping a loved one with a construction project.
He passed peacefully at his home in Port Orchard on January 18, 2026, at the age of 73.
A dependable and honorable man, Randell was cherished as a father and husband. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Gail, and his children, Jessica and William.
He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
