She was born in 1942 to Rudolph and Jenny Sundberg and had 13 brothers and sisters. She grew up on Kodiak Island, Alaska.
Ruth loved taking pictures, traveling and walking along the beach. Her hobbies were decorating, Scrabble, listening to country music and shopping.
She was also well known for her cooking, baking and making jam. She will always be remembered for her famous roast beef, fudge and pies that were enjoyed at many family get togethers.
She will be missed by her four children, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Special thank you to her caregivers at Comfort Haven who took extraordinary care of our mother. Also thank you to her hospice team who helped her in her final days.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.miller-woodlawn.com for the Sundberg family.
