A graduate of South Kitsap High School, Sara had a career as an operator of industrial sewing machines and had a multitude of hobbies over the years, including crocheting and ceramics. She even gave woodworking a try by helping build a children's playhouse.
She is survived by her husband Clyde; daughters Julie Carson and Traci and son-in-law, Steve Sizemore; son Gerald Carson; grandsons Jacob, Justin and Joel Sizemore; and two great-granddaughters Sekoia and Alayna; sister Sherri Aquino; and brothers Frank and David McCrory.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Dennis McCrory.
