Thomas Lavern Addy, age 89, of Bremerton, Washington passed away on August 9, 2024. Tom was born on June 30, 1935, to William L. and Violet O. Addy in Park City, Utah. He joined two older brothers Bill and Jack with younger brother Bob coming along later. His family moved from Park City to San Francisco for a time and eventually settled in Tacoma, Washington. Tom graduated from Lincoln High School in Tacoma; met Mary Lou and they were married in August, 1954. Tom and Mary Lou moved to Bremerton, started a family as well as the beginning of Tom's career at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. His career ran for 30 plus years and he wasn't quite ready to retire; so, he became a Courtesy Driver for West Hills Honda in Bremerton.
Tom was preceded in death by his father and mother, his wife Mary Lou, his three brothers: William G. Addy, Jack D. Addy and Robert H. Addy. He is survived by his children; Russ (Kim) Addy, Rich Addy, Todd Addy and Jeannie Addy Easley as well as his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great-nieces.
