

Wilmer “Bill” L. Spinn, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, service, and quiet strength. He was surrounded in life and memory by the deep affection of his family and the many lives he touched.
A proud veteran, Bill honorably served his country as a Naval Lieutenant Commander for over 20 years. His dedication and leadership were a testament to his unwavering commitment to duty, discipline, and the values he held dear.
Bill was known not only for his distinguished military service but also for the warmth and wit that made him such a cherished presence in the lives of those around him. Hard-working, supportive, and gentle, he had a way of making people feel seen and valued. He carried a calm strength that anchored his family through every season of life.
He is survived by his loving family members Pamela, Julie, Tim, Rob, Ken, Laura, Kimberly, Shari, Kristin, and Kelley. Each one holds a special place in the story of his life and the love he so freely gave.
Bill was deeply loved—and that love will continue to echo in the hearts of all who knew him.
A private memorial service will be held to honor his and his wife, Sheila K. Spinn’s, life and legacy.
