He is survived by his daughter, Marcia Roper; two sisters-in-law, Gerline Harrison and Sadie Louise Mannas; other relatives and friends. Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 20 from 12:30 p.m. until time of service 1:00 p.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
