Barry Joseph Koppal Sr. of Lanham, Maryland passed away on the evening of Wednesday, July 20, 2022. He was 79 years old. Barry was born on October 28, 1942 in Riverdale, MD. Barry is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carol Ann Koppal and their two children, Sherry Koppal Gilmore (late husband Steven Gilmore) and Barry Koppal Jr. (wife Melissa Koppal). Barry is a veteran of U.S. Navy. He enjoyed spending his spare time gambling, fishing, and bowling and was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #453 in College Park, MD as well as a member of the American Legion Post 136 in Greenbelt, MD.
