Benjamin Williams, of Temple Hills, Maryland, passed away on September 9, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on April 27, 1949, in Rembert, South Carolina, he lived a life defined by devotion, perseverance, and an unshakable love for those he held dear.
Benjamin built his career as a concrete finisher, a trade that reflected his steady hands and his commitment to seeing every job through. That same determination shaped the man he was in every part of his life. He never gave up on the things he set out to accomplish, and even in his final days, when illness pressed hard against him, he fought with the same quiet strength that had carried him through the years.
For all his accomplishments, nothing brought Benjamin more pride than his family. His greatest joy was the time he spent with his grandchildren, and his face lit up in their company. Those who knew him also knew his enthusiasm for the Maryland Lottery, his love of bird watching, a good game of pool, and his unwavering loyalty to the Dallas Cowboys. He was a familiar and cherished presence at the Camp Springs Senior Activity Center, where he was known and loved by all.
Benjamin shared 55 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Mary Williams, a partnership rooted in love and faith.
