And not to mention our long tight sister hugs. I thank God for placing us together on that Sunday Women’s Day at PBC. I will always love you my dear sister😘🦋

The memories I have of my sister Carolyn are truly endless, and each one is more precious than the last. But if I had to choose the most special, it would be the way she opened her heart and embraced my daughter and me into her family. There was never a moment when we weren’t welcome—no matter where we went, my child was always a part of it.

Her beautiful sister, Delores, always made us feel at home, especially at the family barbecues, and we were warmly included in Kory and Whitney’s engagement celebration. I will forever treasure the memories of my very first cruise to Bermuda, where I had the privilege of traveling with Carolyn and her wonderful family.

What I miss most, though, is her laughter. I miss the way her smile could light up any room, and I miss our long talks that always left me feeling understood and at peace. Carolyn was a rare and beautiful soul—gracious and full of class, both inside and out.

My dear friend will always have a sacred place in my heart, and though she is no longer with us, her spirit will remain. Rest in peace, my sweet angel. You will never be forgotten.

Heartfelt Prayers and Condolences
To the family of my dear friend, Carolyn Hutchison: Sister Dee, Cory, Whitnie, Andrea, and all other family and friends, I share in your loss of such a beautiful and cherished soul.
Carolyn and I were friends long before I began working at Kaiser. Though I knew she was employed there, I never knew in what department. After many years without seeing or speaking with her, Carolyn didn’t know I had also been hired. To our surprise, on my very first day, I was assigned to her department on the very same floor.
I will never forget that moment. As I stood waiting at the door, unsure of how to enter without the code, who should appear but Carolyn herself! Neither of us could believe it. We were overjoyed to reconnect, and that day marked the beginning of many treasured moments together at work.
Carolyn was truly a special person, always smiling, always kind, and always speaking words that uplifted others. Her presence was a blessing to everyone around her.
God has picked a beautiful flower from His garden. Rest in peace, my dear friend Carolyn.

Carolyn, my dear, dear friend.
I am so grateful that I had the chance to hear your voice just a few days before you left us. I was so excited to talk with you, and that conversation lifted my spirit in ways I didn’t expect. You sounded so good—your voice lightened my heart, when I should have been the one to lighten yours.
Through all our years of friendship, we never failed to remind each other of our love. You gave me advice long ago that I still carry with me, and I will never forget it. I looked forward to our calls, and for years they continued—hours of laughter, comfort, and conversation that I will forever treasure.
I thank God for a lifelong friend like you, and I will cherish your memory until my last breath. Carolyn, I am going to miss you deeply, but I will love you forever. Rest peacefully, my dear friend.

July 25, 2024 Cancun, Mexico.   Beautiful day enjoying the sun and relaxing on a white sandy beach in  Cancun.

Pat and I were children and family together.  We shared many days of fights, laughter and caring, no matter what we remained family and we never lost the love we shared.  I will miss our long distance long phone calls, I will miss her words of wisdom and the many prayers she shared and I will simply just miss her.
Rest well my sweet cousin and if you see the family hug them all for me.

Praying God gives each of you His strength, comfort and peace as we celebrate the life of Carolyn (Pat) Hutchison.  

Pat was one of my favorite cousins.  I’ll always remember the laughter and fun we experienced as children, and teenagers but, particularly, the good times we shared in our young adult lives!  As seasoned adults and senior citizens, the laughter continued but, each conversation we shared centered around 'answered prayer' and 'the goodness of God'.

We were blessed that Pat was a member of our family. Her gentle spirit will never be forgotten and may the happy memories of her help lessen our grief.

My mother passed away in 2001, just a few years after Andre and I got together.  One of the people who made that experience at all manageable was Carolyn (Pat). She was there for me not just as an "in law", but truly as a mother when I needed that type of love and guidance. Our relationship was so very special and I am so happy that I had the opportunity to go out and visit her in October 2023 for an extended visit and we had a ballllll! Will always love her infinity X infinity 🧡

Family and friends let us love on one another , tomorrow is not promised.
