Charlene Stark Holmes, age 75, of White Plains, Maryland passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023. Charlene was born in Washington, DC.
A family gathering for Charlene will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 12:30 PM at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home. Following the family gathering will be a memorial service.
