Mr. Charles Lancaster Herbert III

Charles Lancaster Herbert III was born on April 18,1954 to the late Jean Sprowl and the late Charles Lancaster Herbert Jr. He was the oldest of Eleven Siblings Yvette Herbert of Washington DC Rodney Herbert of Maryland, Yolanda Smith of Washington DC.

Charles's father met and married Thelma Green in 1963. Out of this union Roland Herbert of Maryland, Karen Herbert of Washington DC, Ndaba of Washington Dc, Remus Herbert of Maryland, Patricia Green of Washington DC, Catherine Green of Maryland, and the late Ronald Herbert. From Charles Jr third marriage rendered Lynnette Herbert.

Charles Lancaster Herbert III departed this life on Friday October 13th,2023 at his residence in District Heights, Maryland. After a long time, illness.

Charles met Gwendolyn M Younger in 1972 and married her in March 1974. To this union two children. Gwendolyn Herbert and Anthony D Younger.

Charles received his education in Washington DC Public school: on April 26, 1970, Charles joined the United States Navy, when released he joined Army serve and post 237 lodger. Charles work experience includes cooking, management, security, and health care.

Charles accepted Christ in life at an early age. He was baptized at the southwest baptized church.Charles enjoyed fishing, cooking, camping, and listening to music.

In 1991, Charles met and married Tawanda Holt, and a stepdaughter and two stepsons came from this. In 2001 Charles met and married Vamett Murray out of that union were four stepchildren, Devonte Murry, Sabrina Murry, Andrew Murry, Roshae Murry.

In 2005 Charles and Gwendolyn reunited their relationship in Maryland after sixteen years. In 2009 Charles and Gwendolyn relocated to Huntsville AL and joined Eagles Nest Ministries.

Charles has two other daughters Turnese Finney of Maryland and Shanitta Cherry of Tennessee

Charles retired from his job in 2014 after becoming ill.

Charles leaves to mourn his devoted daughter Gwendolyn M Herbert (Harvey Gibson) his devoted ex-wife Gwendolyn M Cherry. Daughter Turnes Finney (David). Daughter Shanitta Cherry. A stepson Anothy D. Younger. His seven sisters: Yvette, Yolanda, LaBonte, Patricia, Catherine, Karen, Madeline, and Lynette. His four brothers: Rodney, Roland, Ndaba, and Remus. Nine grandchildren: Antasha, Taliay, Dyqawn, Quiyon, Queyomi, Madison, Tynese, Lenwood, and Lawrence. Seven great grandchildren: Nehemiah, Zahmar, Nasir, Aaliyah, Zyare, Amirah, and Nia. One brother-in-law Robert. One sister-in-law Chatey. One family friend Marilyn and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
