Departed this life November 26, 2017. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted mother, Joan Askew; brother, Dennis Askew III; nephew, Drew Askew-Black; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on December 9, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., Delta Service 10:15 a.m.
Funeral Service 11 a.m. at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 400 D St., SE, Washington, DC 20003. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
