A lifelong Marylander, Danny was raised in Prince George’s County and later called Severn home for many years.
Danny worked for the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt for 18 years. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson, listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Beatles, and spending time with his dog.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel L. Hoag Jr. and Elizabeth O. (Page) Folsom.
Danny is survived by his children, Daniel L. Hoag IV and Brittany Y. (Watson) Kosa; their spouses, Paula Hoag and Benjamin Kosa; his sister, Linda M. Corrado; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Livia, Violet, and Olive.
He will be remembered by those who knew him and missed by family and friends.
