Hyattsville, MD - Mr. Haffis Olanrewaju Agboola, 45 years old of 3404 55th Avenue, Hyattsville MD 20784, passed on to be with The Lord on Saturday, May 1st, 2021 at Charles Regional Medical Center in LaPlata, MD. “LL Mayan” as he was fondly known by his family members and many friends was born in Lagos, Nigeria on October 10, 1976.
He was the son to Habib O. Agboola and Oluwatoyin K. Agboola. He was a graduate of Ansar-Ud-Deen College, Isolo, Lagos and Federal Polytechnic in Offa Nigeria, where he graduated with OND/HND (Bachelor’s degree) degree in technical field. Haffis, is dearly loved and known for his gentle but charismatic manner.
He was known around his immediate community and beyond for his very humble, calm, and conscientious personality. He loved to be around his family and many friends- His kind heartedness will surely be missed. Besides this, he was known for his honesty & trustworthy disposition with friends. He is a dedicated hard worker with tremendous knowledge in the technical and service area. He enjoyed dancing, and caring for his wife, and children, who were the center of his world.
He particularly adored his little princess fondly called “Suzzy”. His love for friends and family was only matched by his “huge” giving heart.
He is an avid sports fan who enjoys basketball. He likewise enjoys Scrabble, Chess and the outsdoor.
Haffis O. Agboola attended and contributed to his local church parish with staunch dedication and immensely gives his time and value to the Lords work. SURVIVORS: He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife Bilikis O. Agboola at home; his son, Henry Oladesire Agboola (10 yrs. old) and young daughter, Blessing Olajobi Agboola (4 yrs. Old). He is also survived by his parents; his sister (Abiola) and four brothers (Olabode, Olaide, Olatayo & Olatayo). He also is survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
