Although I haven’t seen  cousin Jacey in a very long time, I have only fond memories of her. She was a sweet child and I know she was a beautiful mother, sister and daughter. My dear Jacey!!!  You will be missed. I am very sorry to the entire  Hamilton family for this great loss.  Terry, I am so sorry.  I met Jacey through my sister who worked with her.  Jacey was always kind to me and she embraced me with her big smile and hugs when I visited the office, called or traveled to the USCm events. She embraced my sister with so much love and kindness! JACEY was so kind to both of my sisters.  I will never forget her.  Jacey became a great support, friend and a true sister to Ida and us all.The last time we hugged each other and took a fun selfie was in Hawaii.    It was always nice to run Jacey at the Farragut North Park and we always talked like sisters.  Jacey will always be in our hearts.  May she rest in peace as the physical suffering is no more.  We love you Jacey and thank you for loving us.

I am so saddened to hear Jacey's passing. She was a sweet, genuinely inspiring and thoughtful friend and colleague.  I am so grateful to have known her and work with her for a short period of time. I pray for her eternal peace and God's comfort for her family and loved ones at this difficult time. I will miss her dearly.

It's been years since I have seen Jacey..  back when she was in Akron Ohio during  our younger years she babysat my boys from time to time. One of my best memories  of her was her love for Prince back during the  purple rain days...everything was Prince from her hair to her clothing style.. she was a Beautiful and   funny person with a Great persona. May your memories of Jacey bring you Joy and comfort. GOD bless you all !!

I will never forget all the times I hung out with you in the office as a kid and the cool conversations we had which were a lot. I always knew when I walked in you would be there and when I was bored in the office you were the only one to talk to. You had such awesome loving energy. RIP.

We've shared so many memories together, and I can't imagine life without you. The thought of not being able to send you a movie trailer, a new song, or a favorite recipe is hard to believe. Every time I see something you've created—whether at home or in my office—I'm reminded of the beautiful bond we share. You were my sister-a safe place! You will always hold a special spot in my heart and in the Willis family. My deepest condolences go out to the Hamilton family during this difficult time.

When I started working at The United States Conference of Mayors, I almost immediately found a friend in Jacey Hamilton. She was my friend, colleague, and ride-or-die companion. 

We shared tastes in movies, music, entertainment, and pop culture. I am grateful for her friendship all these years. 

I am incredibly heartbroken to hear of her passing. She was an amazing mom of two beautiful daughters, an independent woman who inspired others, and someone I will forever cherish in my heart. 

To know Jacey was to know someone who really cared about others and had a positive impact on everyone's life who was lucky enough to meet her. 

I miss my USCM friends and family; I think about them often. 

She was a beautiful person inside and out. I will never forget her and will constantly miss her.

I am deeply grateful for the blessing of knowing Jacey. During my time as a fellow at USCM, she helped me get acclimated and made what could have been a lonely season feel like home. As someone without children or siblings, I treasured the moments with her and her two daughters—they became a beautiful part of my life and gave me a sense of family miles away from home.

Jacey had a way of making every day warm and adventurous. Whether we were enjoying concerts or sharing a meal at Busboys and Poets, she created spaces filled with laughter and joy. I’ll never forget her legendary parallel parking skills—slipping into tight spots with such precision that I often held my breath, wondering if she’d bump another car! Her fearless driving perfectly matched her bold, kind spirit.

I miss Jacey dearly and will always be grateful for the big-sister love she poured into me. Her kindness and the memories we shared continue to inspire and comfort me. May God’s peace surround her daughters and the entire family. They remain in my prayers.

To Jacey's Family, 

My heart is heavy but I know yours is heavier.  Jacey was such a sweet, sweet soul.  We shared many laughs and I will miss her thoughtfulness, kindness, her artistic gifts and will treasure the gift she made and sent to me last year!  

I sent her a video a week before she crossed over and got no response and I was hoping she was on vacation...cause she sure deserved it. 

Her battle is over!  May she find peace and rest now!
