Jane Audree Selby (Age 91) Died peacefully on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at her home in Hyattsville, MD with family members at her side. Jane was born in Chicago, IL on August 10, 1924 to Raymond and Ida (Stuehm) Sprague. She graduated from Anacostia High School in 1943 and worked for the FBI for a short time before marrying. She was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Selby, daughters, Linda L. Shadrick and Janet L. Selby, and son James E. Selby. She is survived by daughters, Andrea E. Mason and Mary E. McKnew and son, John D. and (Margaret) Selby. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Joyce and George (Sue) Mason, Tommy (Jill), Michael, and Shannon Shadrick, Peter (Lisa) and Emily Stathopoulos, Brett and Jamee McKnew, 10 great and 5 great great grandchildren. Family and friends may pay their respects at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Rd., Brentwood, MD on Thursday, June 23 at 9:30 a.m. with services starting at 10:30 and Interment immediately afterwards.
