Keith was born on April 8th, 1960 in the District of Columbia to the late Willie (June) Fobbs Jr. and Lola Mae (Collins) Fobbs. He was a graduate of Friendly High School, Fort Washington Maryland.
As a youth, Keith attended the Church of God where he was taught scripture and to love the Lord. His continued faith was evident in the way he interacted with everyone he met. He greeted you with a smile and offered a helping hand to anyone who needed assistance. His kindness had no bounds or limitations.
Keith held a variety of jobs. Of note, from September 1978 to June 2003 he held significant assignments at the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission. He has also worked with the Elite People Protective Service as a Security Guard. Most recently he held a position loading and stocking commerce for a small retail business.
Keith leaves behind his brother, Willie (Chuck) Fobbs III (Bernadette); two sons Keith Jr. and Keion; Aunts, Uncles and a host of cousin’s, relatives and friends.
