Kenneth C. Williams was born on June 28, 1932 to the later Ruth & Henry Williams. He departed his earthly life on December 11, 2020. Kenneth was raised and educated in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. After successfully completing high school he enlisted in the U.S. Army.

Upon leaving the Army he met and married Gloria A. Forrest, and from their reunion came four children; Darlene, Kenneth Jr. (decreased), Gloria and Tracy.

Kenneth worked as a Special Police Officer and Dog Trainer for the local police department. Once Kenneth retired from his career as a Police Officer he decided to purchase an ice cream truck and provide vending services to the SW community. He gave back to his community in various ways that included providing transportation to local residences and neighbors. Kenneth was a proud Washingtonian, devoted father, husband, brother, uncle, and grandfather. He enjoyed listening to music, dancing, playing cards, watching football, baseball and boxing.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ruth & Henry Williams, Gloria A. Forrest (wife) Kenneth C. Williams Jr. (son), three brothers; Paul, Henry, and Steven, four sisters; Gloria, Marcella, Alice, and Louise, Robin D. Williams (granddaughter), Wilmone Poole (grandson), Pearl Settles (mother-in-law) William Forrest (brother-in-law), Shirley Forrest (sister-in-law).

Kenneth leaves to cherish his memories three children; Darlene Williams(late Freddie), Gloria and Tracy Williams (Waunda), three Sisters; Lorraine, Shirley and Cynthia (Paul), ten grandchildren; Regina, Rodney, Michael, Mark, Myneek, Tracy Jr., Lynette, Tevin, Tiffany and Danny, Seventeen great-grandchildren; Tavon Sr. (Samone), Tyshida, Michael Jr., Mhakai, Makayla, Miley, Mark Jr, Myra, Zarriea, Mya, Mazzi,

Trasean, Tracyion, Danny Jr., Michelle, Lovley, Ebony, Kimani, four great grandchildren; two godchildren; Katie and Cavelle, five Sisters-in-law; three Brothers-in-law. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
