Believe she is a classmate that I've been trying to find for couple years. Know her family for years. Troy worked in same office as my mom and I attended school with her and her siblings at Lake Park, WOJH and PC West.  Melinda was a very determined person from a young age. I got to see her as some conferences thru the years. Some had bad things to say about her but I knew a very caring and head strong person.  All her family members lost way too soon. I will cherish my memories with her and her family thru the years.

I dealt with Melinda in my professional status for many years in the Washington, DC Metro area.  She had amazing potential, that was limited by her unfortunate medical conditions.  
I have the greatest sympathy for her family.
