Michael Anthony Frost was born on April 29, 1961, in Washington DC to the late Jerome A Frost Dr. and Carrie B Frost. Michael worked for tropical nut and fruit as a driver for 13 years. He was well respected and dependable and always with a smile. He enjoyed his soulful R&B music with his family and friends. He loved the Washington Commanders (Redskins) and basketball. He loves collecting Antique Model Cars.
Michael leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife Regina Frost, son Michael A. Frost Jr., sisters Deborah Johnson, and Renee Frost, brother Jerome Frost Jr. His sister in laws Kip Frost, and Tina Barnes. His nieces Yolanda Gregg, Sabrina Frost, Jennifer Frost and Janae Heggins. His nephews Jerome Jr, Sean, Brandon and Duane. Host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
