Myra is survived by her beloved daughter, Rhonda Jean Bailey, and her sisters, Loyce Martin and Vivian Hayes. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, James “Jimmy” Bailey.
Myra enjoyed a long and successful career in government service, but her greatest joy and highest calling was her family, especially raising her daughter.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 29, at 11:00 a.m. at Columbia Church in Falls Church, Virginia. A private interment will follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
