Raynell France Banks "Tillie" On Thursday November 2, 2017 in Riverdale, MD, beloved mother of Lawrence and Anthony Banks passed away at the the age of 80. She is also survived by two daughters-in-law, Iris and Mildred; four grandchildren, Adrian, Kevin, Stacy and Christian; two sister Verona Stewart and Antonia Minor; one sister-in-law, Jean Jackson; two brothers-in-law, Isaac Stewart and Hardy Perry; and a host of other relatives and friends, Raynell retired from Safeway Store 923, February 1998. Visitation Tuesday, November 14 at 12:30 p.m. until Celebration of Life Service at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD 20722. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery
