Richard E. Teasley, Jr.
December 22, 1961 – August 25, 2025
Richard Edward “Ricky” Teasley, Jr. was born in Washington, D.C., to Richard Sr. and Inez Teasley. A graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School and Capella University, he built a successful career in information technology and most recently served as a Cyber Security Specialist for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Ricky was a devoted father and family man, cherishing time with his children—Richard III, Siani, Joshua, and KaMara. He loved sports, especially supporting his kids’ activities and cheering on the Washington Redskins/Commanders. Known for his quiet strength, generosity, and technical skills, he was always ready to help others.
He is survived by his children, mother Inez, sister Sharon (Bernard), nephew, nieces, and many relatives and friends.
