Roger, fondly known as Rodge, was born to Francis Scott and Robert Daniel on January 17,1956. He was a passionate cook throughout his career and took great pleasure in sharing his love for food with others. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing with his children and grandchildren.
Roger is survived by his children/in laws Rodger Liddell Jr, Yolanda Liddell, Lolita and Erick Green. Also by his grandchildren Makayla, Zariya, Lonyja, Erick, Eriyel, Zayoni, Erin and Asja Marie. His sisters and brother-in-law Roberta and David Humphries, Diane Williams, and Theresa Scott Jones.
Aside from his love of food and fishing, he cherished spending time with his grandchildren listening to music, watching music videos and nature TV, taking them to different parks and visiting with his family members.
