Ronald James Cross, age 76, of Gainesville, VA passed away on March 28, 2018. Born October 5, 1941 in Washington, DC, raised in Alexandria, VA, and later lived in various locations in Maryland and Northern VA. Devoted and loving Dad to Rhonda Cross, Bobbie Cross, and Debbie Moore. Proceeded in death by his parents, James Henry and Kathryn Louise Cross, and his brother, Harry Cross. Survived by brother, Douglas Cross, and extended family, including grandchildren.
Services will be held on April 8, 2018 at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD 20722. Viewing to be held at 1 pm until time of funeral service at 2 pm. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ron’s name may be made to: Inova Fairfax Hospital – Inova Heart and Vascular Institute or American Heart Association.
