Vivian is survived by two sisters, Glenda Mobley and Deborah Stuart (Jerry); three nephews, Larry Williams (Starr), Tim Mobley (Amy) and Michael Mobley (Jessica); a great-niece, Kaitlin Williams and three great-nephews, Jackson, Jimmy and Tommy Mobley. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 10 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.at FORT LINCOLN FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Bladensburg Rd., Brentwood, MD. where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 11 at 1:30 p.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
