

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, June 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at All Soul’s Catholic Church with Fr. David Rykwalder officiating. Interment will follow at Oregon Trail Memorial Cemetery. A Rosary service will be Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at Bridgeport Memorial Chapel with visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the chapel.
Memorials have been established to the Morrill County Hospital Foundation or the Local Soup Kitchen at Presbyterian Church of Bridgeport.
Corrine was born on December 2, 1926 in Worthington, Minn. to Florencio and Paulina (Laos) Cordero. On December 22, 1946, she married Joe Camacho.
Survivors include her daughter, Cecelia (Joe) Guerrero of Bridgeport; sons Michael (Connie) Camacho of Scottsbluff and Dr. Joseph (Michelle) Camacho of Niceville, FL; sisters, Laura (Alex) Lopez of Bridgeport, Jeanette (Frank) Estrada of Scottsbluff, Alberta Gutierez of Stockton, CA, Lydia Castillo of Bridgeport, and brother Jim (Marge) Cordero of Lodi, CA; sister-in-law, Lula Musquiz of Bridgeport, Jessie (Frank) Gonzales of Casper, WY and brother-in-law John (Hilda) Camacho of Washington state; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Corrine loved growing her beautiful flowers and gardens, she befriended everyone who needed a helping hand and consoled them to the best of her ability. Corrine loved to cook and her food was delicious because she cooked with her heart. Corrine and Joe had an open home any who needed a meal or a place to stay were always welcomed. There was never a quiet moment in their home.
All those whose lives she was a part of will sorely miss her.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 wonderful years, Joe Camacho, three brothers and two sisters.
