Lenora Jean (Drumheller) Cross

     Her memorial graveside service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at the Bayard Cemetery with Pastor George Naylor officiating. At her request, she was cremated.

     Memorials may be given to the Bayard Volunteer Fire Department.

     She was born on April 28, 1936 in Batesland, SD to George and Marie (Pyle) Drumheller. She married Gene Green on December 9, 1956 and had two sons, Bryon and Kevin. She later married John Cross on April 28, 1994.

     Survivors include her sons, Bryon Green and friend, Wanda Kimbrough and Kevin Green and wife, Laura all of Bayard; grandsons, Nick (Jill) Green of Kearney, Mike (Jessica) Green of Bayard and Jeff Green of Kearney; two great grandchildren, Shandlyn and Lucas Green of Bayard; brother, Edd (Betty) Drumheller of Thornton, CO; sisters, Caroline (Dale) Smock of Scottsbluff, Esther Schmall of Bayard, Marlene (Bill) Blanding of Carpentersville, IL and Judy and Trudy Drumheller of Seattle, WA; brother-in-law, Leonard (Norma) Green of Alliance; sisters-in-law, Genevive (Richard) Nuss of Minatare and Vickie (Roger) Wheeler of Scottsbluff and numerous nieces and nephews.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, brothers, Walter, Robert, Edward and Clarence and sisters, Pauline Schoopman, Violet Brill and Barbara Neill.
