A Celebration of Life will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 410 Hillcrest Dr, Scottsbluff, NE, on July 11, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
Leroy TaylorMatthews, born March 24, 1941, in Los Angeles, California, to Neumon Billings and Georgjean Harris.
He married Retia Earline Jeter on October 7, 1972. They moved to Bridgeport, Nebraska, where the need was great.
He is survived by brother Jim (Becky) Matthews; sister Barbara Baker; son Nathanael Matthews and grandson Chris Matthews.
He is proceeded in death by his wife, parents, and sister Joy Hicks.
