Riley, your caring and gentle personality I will always remember! I will never forget the time I was hauling corn and cracked the frame on my truck pulling out onto the road east of Angora. Not knowing what to do my son DJ said call Riley. Without hesitation Riley showed up, welded the frame back together so I could get it unloaded and to the shop! Not an easy task in the middle of a dirt road but you mastered it expertly! I could include more but not enough room. You will be missed is a huge understatement!

Riley, you are such a kind and interesting person. You and Trish were the first friends I had after moving to Nebraska. I will be forever grateful on the things you taught me about farming sugar beets, and how cool it was that you could check center pivots from home. Although I haven’t seen you and the family in a while I think of you often and you will be missed. My thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences.

Sending many hugs, thoughts, and prayers to the Schneider family at this time. As a cousin from Riley's maternal side of the family, I would say that family reunions and gatherings were always so much more vibrant when Riley and his Schneider siblings arrived to the event. In later years it was awesome to see the larger Schneider side of the family expand with many additions and even the most somber of occasions would be made better by their sheer presence! Watching his kids grow up and succeed under his watchful eye and participation was always amazing to see. Please know that this side of the family is holding memories near to our hearts and we send our condolences to you during this most difficult time.

Having taught at Bridgeport from 1984 To 1993, I knew Riley well. His family then and now can be rest assured that he was always a kind and fun loving young man. I appreciated his sense of humor, especially when he would have that glint of mischief in his eye as he teased. I could count on him for a smile every day. I am so grateful I was able to have had him in my life. Please know that God realizes and will ease your pain ... after all, He taught us how to love. And although we rarely understand the timing of things, He knows what he's doing. In that, we can trust completely. God bless you all; I am certain Riley is with our Lord.
