He was smart and stubborn and funny and fearless and kind. He was a devoted husband, madly in love with his wife of thirty years until the day she died.
He took us to ball games and taught us to ride bikes. He recited funny poems, he taught us to stand tough when we needed to be, and he demonstrated for us through his own life, the value of integrity.
He was a devoted grandfather, a supportive father -in-law a good friend,a favorite uncle and a most lovable human being.
We will miss his laugh, his hats, his funny gait, his adorable knees, and his uncanny and ongoing ability to take the most complicated things apart and put them back together with intelligence and grace.
So, Larry, we love you, babe.
You will live in our hearts, our smiles and our ever-fidgety feet.
