Maryann is a prime example of a true person. If the world was filled with humans that mirrored every quality Maryann possessed, this world would be a better, happier and more fulfilling place to live. Maryann had a gift of always keeping what mattered at the forefront and sharing it with others, she is truly a courageous and contagious person. Some of us forget day to day the things that matter and how to appreciate life but Maryann always knew. She is more than any words can describe. Any person who has had the pleasure of either being a relative, friend, associate or carrying a brief conversation with her has truly been blessed. I believe she will live in everyone's hearts and lives she has touched; such a women could never be forgotten. I hope that we all take one thing from her and that is to live in her footsteps. To me she deserved the best the world had to give and wished it was in my capability to give her that. Either way, Maryann lived in her heart and therefore was truly content. I know you are now an angel watching over everyone, keeping us all aware of living our lives with open hearts even when it feels awkward to do so. Rest in peace, you have showed me what love is and for that I am always indebted to you. Love you always

I am so sorry for your loss. MaryAnn fought hard and was one of the bravest women I knew, but she knew that her time had come. God gave her the strength she needed to say goodbye to us and hello to those who had gone before her. Take comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I have fond memories of Maryann. She was the kindest and most special person, always worrying about others and not herself. The light of her life was her granddaughter, Sarah. I will miss walking home with her from 5:30 mass on Saturday evenings. She now rests with God, and I'm sure all her loved ones in Heaven. Rest in peace, Maryann.
