26, 2026. He was born on July 16, 1946 to the late Arthur and Viola (Wagner) Fenner in Milwaukee, WI. Clarence was employed as a fabricator at Cheney Company for 28 years. Besides building and designing stairway elevators he could build or repair many things in his personal life. Among those would be his cottage in Langlade, tire toys for playgrounds, a ladder rack and numerous other items.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Fenner (Scherer), his children,
Jeanne Fenner, Peggy Hammond (Fenner), Cindy (Jeb) Lucht, and Wayne (Elizabeth) Fenner, and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and 6 siblings.
Visitation will be held on April 13th at 1:00pm at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 w. Capital Drive, Brookfield Wl. Memorial service at 2pm,Internment and luncheon to follow.
Many of his grandchildren have participated in Special Olympics. In
lieu of flowers, his family request donations to be made to Special
Olympics in Clarence's memory.
